Young Chefs Explore the Culinary Craft at The Classic Catering People’s Summer Camp
The Classic Catering People’s summer camp, Cooking Camp Classic, teaches children how to prepare their own tasty, fun meals, which they can then share with their families at the conclusion of each session. Chef Therese Harding leads aspiring chefs ages five to 16 through a thematic culinary journey spanning six weeks in June and July. Session themes this year included Asian street food, Roman holiday, sweet and savory bakery, picnic in the park and culinary improv.
