Position Purpose:
The Classic Catering People are looking for a creative, dynamic, innovator to join our team as Classic To Go Specialist. To Process guest orders in a courteous, efficiently, and timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Pro-active sales and marketing.
- Administrative & Operational duties as requested.
- Development of marketing & operations plan for primary & potential clients
- Preparation of sales presentations, menus and proposals
- Guest Satisfaction
- Ensures the delivery of the brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
- Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Carry out the service to the highest professional standards in a genuine and intuitive manner.
- Takes orders from guests and repeats the orders before ending the telephone conversation.
- Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Food Knowledge
- Excellent reading, verbal & written communication skills
- Great Attention to detail
- Good customer service skills
