Cheers: A Night at the Baltimore Museum of Industry
Cheers: A Night at the Baltimore Museum of Industry

This year, The Classic Catering People is a part of Liquid Courage 2026, an evening that blends education, creativity, and community, all set inside one of our favorite venues, the Baltimore Museum of Industry. Dedicated to preserving and sharing Baltimore’s industrial and entrepreneurial history, BMI is a place where stories are told through craft, innovation, and hands-on experience, making it the perfect home for an event centered around learning, tasting, and discovery.

We’re teaming up with Sagamore Rye, known for their thoughtful approach to distilling and bold yet balanced flavor profiles. Sagamore Rye is the perfect partner for an event like this. Our Executive Chef, Jason Still, has been busy dreaming up something special for the evening, something that pairs beautifully with Sagamore Rye.

“I’m excited to cook with Sagamore Rye because it’s such a versatile product,” Chef Jason shares. “It has depth, warmth, and character, and it’s going to cook incredibly well with the beef dish we’re serving.”

What beef dish, you ask? That part’s staying under wraps. You’ll just have to grab a ticket and taste for yourself.

This year’s event features a stellar lineup of hospitality professionals from across Baltimore, offering hands-on experiences, tastings, and conversations throughout the evening. From cocktail anatomy and spirit storytelling to shrubs, balance, and the art of low- and no-proof mixology, it’s an immersive celebration of the craft behind the glass.

Liquid Courage takes place on Saturday, February 28th, from 5–10 PM at the Baltimore Museum of Industry,  Tickets are all-inclusive, offering unlimited tastings and access to the full lineup of talks, presentations, and activities.

Tickets are available now through BMI. We can’t wait to raise a glass (and a fork) with you.
