An Experience That Felt Like Them

From the start, the goal was simple: create a wedding that felt lively, interactive, and true to the couple.

Dinner was built around stations, giving guests the freedom to move, explore, and experience different flavors throughout the night. A Little Italy station brought classic comfort, while an Asian-inspired station added variety and energy.

Cocktail hour set the tone with elevated, but approachable bites. Roving Italian subs and lamb chops made their way through the crowd, keeping things easy and engaging.

And then came the details that made the night stand out.

Boozy milkshakes added a fun, unexpected twist. Later in the evening, donuts were passed through the dance floor, keeping the energy up and guests right where they wanted to be.

Keeping It in the Family

What made the night even more special was how much of it truly stayed in the family.

Chef Jonah Pressman, another cousin is part of the Classic team and he was on-site serving fresh pasta.

It’s something we talk about often, but moments like this show what that really looks like. The work becomes personal, and the people behind it matter just as much as the event itself.

When Trust Meets Experience

At its core, this wedding was about trust.

Trust in the process. Trust in the team. And trust that everything would come together the way it should.

That’s where Bobby’s experience comes in, knowing how to pace a night, read a room, and build in the moments guests remember.

And in the end, it all came together exactly the way it should.
