It was our turn to host the Northeast Regional Conference for the Leading Caterers’ of America. The meal was both a gastronomic delicacy and a meeting of the minds. These events are a great opportunity to interact with other amazing caterers around the country.
Butlered hors d’oeuvres and beverages were enjoyed in the central hall followed by a meal served synchronized on long tables. Small bites on the table were followed by a Blue Crab & Lobster salad with squid ink tuille and then synchronized service of Colorado Lamb Loin with Yukon Gold Potato Rosti.
